The Australian federal Government provides funding for aged care services through My Aged Care. To see what types of services are funded click on this link.
My Aged Care is the central point for being assessed and accessing aged care services in Australia. While a lot of information is found on the My Aged Care website, you can contact My Aged Care by telephone and in person.
To contact them by phone you can do so on 1800 200 422. They are open:
- Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm
- Saturdays: 10am to 2pm
